The grant-making process is separated into six steps :

1. Grant-Making Strategy;
2. Proposal Solicitation and Outreach;
3. Reviewing and Awarding Grants;
4. The SVGCF and Grantee Implementation;
5. Grantee Close, and
6. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning.

In consideration of the Vision and Mission of the
SVGCF, the SVGCF will work toward achieving the
